Hi,
I have a question about claiming on a flight,in May 2012 i was coming back from JFK with AA and our flight was on time, we flew for 3 hours and then was told our flight was returning back to JFK. We were not given a reason. We returned to JFK and had to wait 8 hours to get another flight. My question is do i have a claim for the delay in returning home? any answers will be appriciated. Thanks

No Linda. Flights from a non-EU airport have to be on a European carrier.0
