OK, so I was trying to help with your issue of it syncing photos, videos etc.
When it syncs, it will sync everything that you have asked it to. That means it synchronises what is on the computer with what is on the phone.
It does not copy songs over if they are already on the phone - it only copies over the ones which aren't there. Equally, it will remove ones from the phone if you have asked it not to sync them.
So if you ask it to sync "Music", then it will check to see what tracks are already on your phone and in the Music folder on your computer.
1. If they exist in both, they will not be copied over.
2. If they do not exist on the phone, they will be copied.
3. If they do not exist on the computer in that folder, they will be deleted from the phone.1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
