Anybody stayed in Charmouth?

Charmouth is smaller, most people go to West Bay as that is very popular destination. And is only 15 mins drive away from Charmouth

True if it rains there is little to do but have u thought of Dorchester? few museums there..

Yes, I seem to recall that they have a selection of really small quirky museums in Dorchester - including (I think) a Terracotta Army museum featuring life size replicas of some of the terracotta army figures, with a Teddy Bear museum upstairs (!), and a museum with replicas of Tutankhamens tomb and treasures with a museum of half a dozen mummies next door. I think there's also a dinosaur museum, although we didn't go to that one.

When we went (a few years back now) I think you could an either get a ticket that covers them all or you get a reduction on one if you showed a ticket for one of the others.
