Pension Credit, claimed by your wife, as she is getting her pension, and I think they have changed the rules for non-pension claimants, would be the best option, I would imagine.
Look up their site, or give them a ring, and try "turn2us" for other entitlements.
LinYou can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.0 -

OP can claim pension credit and not worry about having to sign on for JSA.
I won't give you the satisfaction of having an argument about your thoughts that I am a nasty little troll.
My responses were clear and concise.
Yesterday I offered my advice:
claim Pension Credit until his SRP comes into play. They would top up the household income to £222 a week plus HB & CTB
Now please explain where your advice differs from mine?0 -

And pray where is your evidence? It's alright making these comments and insinuations, but they lack from tangible of evidence other than an opinion.
As I have said, I don't have to defend myself, certainly not to the likes of you and we all know what opinion and thought did.0 -

Ooooh ! Makes me laugh how angry you are at being called a nasty little troll .... Wonder if being a self confessed thief upsets you as much !!!Spelling courtesy of the whims of auto correct...

Are those comments worthy of being placed on this forum? I would suggest that you read the T&C of what this site is for. Insulting people and accusing them of being a thief is certainly not one of them!0 -

I expect fed up and stressed read your post where you admit to being a dishonest businessman.
Here you are telling the OP that he is too old to claim JSA or ESA at age 64 and in your words "You're done."
I would call that insulting and dishonest!
I hope you are PPR'd again very soon.we closed down our transport companies back in 1995. We had 28 HGV's operating out of SE London and not one had been taxed for 3 years. The Met police were trying to do something but we were always a couple of steps ahead. They simply couldn't prove who was actually responsible for taxing the vehicles. Made a fortune with very low overheads.0 -

Actually you misread what i wrote ..i called you a "self confessed thief" yes superwoman 4 That is exactly what i was referring to.
Funny as well that you refer to forum etiquette when you have been referred to as a troll repeatedly and also recently slated for hijacking other peoples threads.Spelling courtesy of the whims of auto correct...
