Filed initial defense received an N180 form today

Hi there as instructed a month or so back I submitted an initial defense for a parking ticket I received in October 2012. Today I have received a 'Notice of proposed allocation to the small claims track letter' with an attached N180 form I presume I was just wondering on any guidance on how to fill it in, any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you.
Thank you.

Can you do a bullet point resume of all that has gone on so far as its a bit confusing.
Date of ""offence
Date of small claims etc.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -

Also include who the PPC is and which court.
Have you read the Pranksters Guide to fighting Parking Eye court cases?

Approximately Oct. 2012 received a parking ticket which at the time I was told to ignore
Sept. 2013 received court letters which I chose to defend
Today. 2014 received a small claims track letter
PCN (NW) Ltd. and Northampton county court.
At present I would like advice on how best to respond to this questionnaire and I intent on reading parking pranksters book in order to file a final defense in the forthcoming weeks.
Thank you for your time0 -
Can Mr Crabman combine the two threads please, its too confusing to have to jump back and forward.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Quoted in case you missed it. Yes, this says about Parking Eye, but the advice is fairly generic and applies to pretty much all PPCs.
Also search this forum for PCN (NW) - there have been other threads about court cases regarding them. I don't think anyone (posting here) has lost a court case involving PCN (NW).
Such as this one.0 -

And to say isn't it explained in the 'small claims court' section of the 'Private Parking ticket, old or new? Newbies read this first' sticky thread near the top of this forum? I am thinking of Bargepole's summary I linked there which explained what's what.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Be interesting to see if the OP comes back to let us know how they get on. Hope its not a new thread.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
