Have you set up your router to login to your ISP?

Does the router LED show it's connected to the internet?

yes, I have restarted both router and my laptop.

My wireless router have four ports. I can access internet with cable connected to one of the wireless router port, but not wirelessly.

My wireless router is connected to ADSL router (also four ports) which is configured to login to my ISP.

Does the PC say "connected to" blahblah ssid

when you say you can access the router, are you talking wired or wireless.

    Posting the results of
    start, run, cmd
    ipconfig /all >c:\1.txt
    notepad c:\1.txt

    may help

Do you have 2 routers? Or 1 router and a wireless access point. What equipment do you have, and how is it wired up?
Ever get the feeling you are wasting your time?

    the setup is this:

ZyXEL ADSL modem/router connected to ISP
one LAN port of ZyXEL is connected to one LAN port KCORP wireless router.

my desktop works connecting (hard wired) to either routers.

Which model Kcorp router, and what are the DHCP settings on both routers?

You should be using the WAN port of the KCORP router to connect to a LAN port on the Zyxel.
