Window draught

Please can somebody help me. I have 2 windows that have exactly the same problem. They have been installed for about 5 years now. The windows both have an opening window that opens like a door with the handle being on the right hand side. I have massive draughts coming in from the opposite side to the handle here the seal meets the opening window. I have replaced the hinges as I thought this might have been the problem, but no joy. I am not so sure it's the seal as it does meet the window for about 4 inches at both the top and bottom.the rest of the window is fine for seal just this one side. Like I said this has also happened on another window I have. Has anybody got any suggestions.

I have already replaced hinges.0

Sorry my fault for not reading properly. If they're draughty at the side between the two hinges these may help

Not too sure myself hopefully someone will be able to talk you through it. Might have to start a new thread in the Tech section0

Hopefully I have uploaded correctly. The problem is on the left hand side and the draught covers about 1/3 of the window in the middle 1/3 as you look at it.0 -
when it closes is there decent compression on the gaskets ..
You are saying it is draughty on the hinge side ..between the hinges ?
when you open the window is there only hinges supporting that side ?
There might be a keep or locking pin ?0 -
Oh .. is the window UPVC? ..I can't tell from the photo0
