Avast and malawarebytes both show nothing suspicious, suggest it is all the bloatware etc.
My plan is to back up my personal data etc, transfer to another computer, lower spec.
Reinstall windows and only instal the programs I need / use

using the factory restore partition is the easiest way if you don't want to post hijackthis logs!!
