I can't get on either, it did say that they were working on the site but that was late night 18th early morn 19th.

yes, that's what I thought...and they've changed an old flexaccount of mine into a cashcard account (just when I was going to upgrade it to a flexdirect)....although they may have told me by letter as I work away and haven't had my mail yet

I'm still having problems

when I log in, my current accounts are not listed, they are missing.

I have reported the issue but they say they need 'time' to look into it!

Anyone else experiencing this issue?
