Hi, we have been having problems with Sharps Bedrooms since we placed an order in October. Delivery dates being cancelled, taking time off work and fitters being cancelled with no notice to name just a few. However I am sure I remember Martin Lewis saying something about if you take time off work for a fitter or delivery and it doesn't happen the company have entered a legal contract with you and as such should cover any lost salary..... does this ring any bells with anyone.??
Im puting a letter together regarding Sharps continued failings and would like to inlcude that information..... if I haven't dreamt it

I recently had a Sharps bedroom fitted at the cost of £3,500. Looks good, but the wardrobe is far too shallow. My existing hangers smack against the rear wall. I did have Ikea wardrobes and there was 40mm clearance each side of the hanger. Sharps customer service are very poor and would not do anything, even though the surveyor said they could move the wardrobe out by 50mm. I am so disappointed, and would advise anybody not to buy a sharps fitted bedroom. I wish I have never placed the order with them. I should have ordered with sliding robes instead0
