Yep so have another look at the sticky thread please and let us know what is confusing? In it I have posted a dozen linked examples of first appeals and explained in non-jargon, why you usually wait for the NTK...and a separate post there explains all the forum acronyms too. Not only that, it starts with a nice simple step-by step guide.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If your son is old enough and supposedly responsible enough to drive, why are you sorting this out? (Rhetorical question)
I know parking companies can be underhand, but perhaps, just maybe, there could be a scenario where the attendant was walking off and a screwed up parking ticket was launched at him as he walked away. You never know...;)
Having said that, do as advised and stuff the parasites at the popla appeal.:beer:0
