Orange contract nodding need advice

Hi just after some advice, my orange contract ends on 7th March. Do ok give notice on the 7th February or is it 30 or 31 days notice?

Not I tested in upgrading as I am shortly going yo be working abroad so going for ovivio the tariff gives me plenty of minutes and texts.

Your minimum term ends on 7/3/14, the contract doesn't. You can give notice that you want to leave 30 days before this, however as it can be done at any time from 7/2/14, see when your billing date is - perhaps 14th? If so, use this as it prevents a split month and you having to chase a refund.

Give notice now to end on 7th March. You don't have to wait until the last 30 days despite what they may say - just ensure they don't think it's just 30 days' notice when you do or it will end early.
