Why would you say that if you are not endorsing that approach?
That sounds even more like you are endorsing it.
And, unless this was meant to be satirical, it is somewhat conclusive. You want revenge, not justice, no regard to whether or not a missale ever really took place.
I tried to do that before but you decided it was not enough for you so I had a closer look and now think there is merit the views of those who think you are. Certainly more than in me making a statement of fact that somebody wanting to seek a business contract with me, or any other professional posting on this site can pm them.
FTR I have no expectation that the OP will contact me.0 -

All I requested was an opinion on the FOS system from like minded individuals that would also provide a interesting insight to those not privy to how it works.
I suggest you look at page 15 of the Good Practice guide issued by the Mortgage Code Compliance Board.0 -

And what happened when you sent in your letter? Was the case given a merits assessment... or has it been booted? Or, is this all still ongoing?
It would be normal for an adjudicator to write to the respondent in the first instance asking for their submissions etc. Then, as per disp, it is up to them to raise a time limit objection.
The time limit was raised as soon as the complaint came in - with a copy of a letter dated 17 January 2006 saying "you have 6 months from the date of this letter notwithstanding any further correspondence there may be between us".
Yet despite the complainant going to FOS more than seven years after the time limit expired and proof being sent and adjudicator has picked it up and run with it.0
