Well I sent my letter and have received a response today, they are stating that under the Protection of Freedoms ACt 2012 Schedule 4 apply the credit may recover charges from the keeper of the vehicle, not sure what to do now?
But you knew that already surely seeing as the POFA 2012 is linked and the debt collector stage already fully explained in the 'Private Parking ticket, old or new? Newbies read these FAQs first!' sticky thread? You have been reading the advice here and the sticky threads? Their pathetic reply doesn't mean anything has changed.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
