Can I cancel my Vodafone contract early?
I have had network issues with Vodafone where I live for over 2 months. On their network checker page it has said for the entire time that they know there are issues and should be sorted within 3 days.
I have called twice and been refunded a month's line rental twice. But this doesn't help me make calls from home - they drop constantly - sometimes every few mins, sometimes every few secs. It's amazingly frustrating - especially as I was stuck at home at the beginning of December with a fractured ankle. This made working from home a big issue, and my company ended up forking out for taxis to get me to and from the office.
My contract isn't up until September - am I entitled to cancel my contract early?

No
they never promise 100% coverage.
you can try and ask them as a good will, but you are not entitled to it0 -
If the issue is at home maybe push them for a free sure signal?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0

Not a chance - since they know of the issue and are crediting you, you should be no worse off than if you had no mobile and used other means to connect.
The fact you want to leave due to poor service should be noted by them, and if after 3-4 months you're no better off they should offer you a fault-free termination. However, consider this with the fact your phone will certainly work elsewhere, and the network is available to make calls on, you cannot insist on moving.
Lastly, I know of no network that is immune from outages, the trick is knowing the one that affects you least!0 -
