Vodafone credit refund.

Hi looking for help have finished contract with Vodafone and have received final bill showing a credit of £ 10+ but no details of how it is to be refunded have tried to go on Vodafone website but is currently down for upgrade.

Phone them and ask, I vaguely remember in the past when I left that anything over a tenner was automaticly refunded but asking for payment now won't do any harm..
