Disable the 32bit one's. Close IE and reboot.0

From Avast forum it's a known bug, to speed up IE until avast issues a fix simply follow these instructions listed: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=138156.msg1010106#msg10101060

Just an update guys did as waddler 8 said disabling the 32 bit ones etc and at the mo all seems fine many thanks guys .0

No real need to disable the 64bit add-ons unless you use 64bit IE.0
