orange and an ipad i never had

hello, orange telesales contacted me regarding a ipad, i said yes because it would benefit my 2 boys who are both have ASD, anyway it was going to be £26 a month.. so ukmail were the ones to deliver it, and they tried to but i wasnt in so they couldnt leave it with anyone else... they needed me and my passport, so after contacting orange and ukmail, i said cancel it (14 days to do so) because ukmail can only deliver between 11-330 and i would be at work and wasnt willing to take a day off to accomodate a delivery, so as i said i cancelled it, this was october, ive had to contact orange numerous times now, becuase they have charged me each month for it, each month i rang i thought it was sorted but no, i had to do the same every month, last month my balance was £558 when i looked they charged me a voluntary cancellation fee of £479 ive rang and been credited back but only had £428 refunded, so ive got another dispute this month now, as my last bill was wrong and was around £80 which i havent yet paid, and just got this months which is £42 but ive been set a bill for this month of £130, has anyone else had so many problems with orange? i had loads of problems with getting polish operators and not fully understanding the mess, which was frustrating, i have friends who say they have been given benefits cos of cockups on their accounts but i never seem get any of these!
