A good proxy server for...

I had my eBay account blocked due to an ongoing dispute and I need to setup a new account and need a proxy server so my IP is hidden. Already tried creating one without this and it was blocked within a few days.
Obviously lots of choices out there but I would like one which is fast and easy to get going with (may be setup via router or thru software which can be switched on and off?)
Would appreciate if people can make recommendations from experience / knowledge? Thanks in advance...

I highly doubt they're blocking you based on IP address.
Most ISPs recycle IP addresses over time - your own connection my change every time the router is restarted. Unless you pay for a fixed IP address - which eBay wouldn't know anyway.
However they're detecting you, IP address almost certainly isn't it. In which case a proxy may do you no good.0 -
You really want to enter all your personal details into eBay via a proxy server? Could be risky.0

It might be easier to sort out the dispute.
Normally eBay will only suspend accounts due to non-payment of fees or a serious violation of their rules.
If you really wanted to get round it, you'll need to set up:
1. A new paypal account linked to a different bank account than your current one (with a different address on the account)
2. A new email address
3. A new eBay account registered to a new address.
A proxy server won't give you any of those three, you really need to talk to eBay and get them to reinstate your account.1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?0 -

All done. Need the next steps now which is the proxy server. Something like https://www.facebookunblocked.co.uk but better cause that's quite crap.
I have checked my IP address over the last few days and it does not seem to change for some reason which has led me to believe this is how they may be detecting me.
I have tried speaking to eBay over the last several weeks but they are adamant that they will not reinstate thus this approach.0 -
Unless you have bought a static IP address from your ISP your public IP address will change when
1. You switch off and on again your router
1. You re-boot your router
2. you execute a PPP session disconnect/reconnect at your router - if your router allows or provides for this without a full reboot/re-sync.
3. your ISP does some load balancing on its network and moves you to a different gateway - usually overnight.
4. BT Wholesale does some maintenance on the backhaul network necessitating subscribers to be disconnected from their ISP while still remaining in sync - always done overnight0 -
What is eBay's reason for not re-instating?
How have they blocked your subsequent attempts?
Have the subsequent attempts been done using my suggestions?
Are you trying to sell or to buy?1. Have you tried to Google the answer?

Answers above. I have really exhausted all options at hand before asking the question on here.0 -
Are you trying to list items you have sold previously?
When putting up those listings are you using the same images and text as previously?
Are you suspended from eBay because of non-payment or because of violation?1. Have you tried to Google the answer?

I was with O2 for about 4 or 5 years and my IP never changed.
It changes with Plusnet though. When the router was training i had several IP addresses over the space of an hour.
Not checked it lately though.
Not just your IP though. Your computer will have a unique identifier when you connect to a website.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

This is more the reason to go via a proxy to hide IP and the identifer you speak about (mac address?)0
