T-mobile upgrade deals on offer...

My contract is up next month with T-mobile which was:
£11.90 for:
300 mins
300 texts
unlimited data (3G)
unlimited landline calls.
They have offered to keep me on this for a new 24 month contract and would give me a Nokia Lumia 520 for a one off £5.
They have also offered a 4G deal on EE:
£13 for:
unlimited calls
unlimited texts
1.5GB data (4G)
This would be a 12 month contract with no handset. I would get deezer with this too.
I liked having the unlimited data but didn't usually go over 1.5gb per month.
I don't need a handset as I have a nexus 5.
How do these deals stack up with everyone else's?
