You require a MAC code from TT and to settle your account if still in contract .
Advise PN of the MAC code .
Code is valid for 30 days .

TT said I didnt' need a mac code to change as my broadband is free, is this correct?

They have reduced my package on a no contract basis so I'm assuming I Will still be free to go if I choose?

You are still on 30 days notice though.

It means TT will charge you for 30 days after you tell them you are leaving so give them the good news ASAP.

And a MAC has nothing to do with how much you pay (or don't pay) for your broadband. It's simply a mechanism to do the transfer.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
