Taking on someone else's c.card debt

If I can I would consider taking on a relatives card debt, do credit card companies permit someone to transfer a debt from one person credit card to another? Thanks.

No problem, my daughter bought a car on two of her credit cards, I then did a 0% transfer for 2.9% onto one of my credit cards, we set up payments from her bank account directly to my card. This is the second time I have done this for my children. It is easy and straightforward.
