    Haven't heard anything from the CP Plus yet.
    • My soft appeal/challenge (email) was on 26/01/2014
    • Received acknowledgement (email) on 18/02/2014 - Day 1
    • No further updates, today 02/04/2014 - Day 44

    As per BPA COP section 22.8, they had 35 days to accept/reject appeal.
    1. Any suggestions?
    2. Should I followup?
    3. Would CP Plus be able to pursue this in the future?
