has anyone ever booked a holiday through "on the beach"
at first glance they look all above board and the same holiday i have been looking at is nearly £200 cheaper with them than thompson.
but as the saying goes. " is it to good to be true"

We got a bit fed up with Thomsons, when they cut down on holiday reps, the transfers got longer and there was no rep on the coach. So last year we went with on the beach. We did not have any problems. We saved £320 on our holiday, which we used to book a further 5 days away in Spain again with on the beach.

I would have no hesitation in using them again this year. BUT i agree with a previous poster Travel Republic are cheaper this year.

Travel republic look cheaper but how many people book with them only to be told the flights have gone up significantly and they're stuck with accommodation and transfers?

Thank you for posting this, I had not realised this happened.

I suppose this is something I would not have experienced as I have always booked my holiday about four weeks before travel.
    I am shocked at this.

No problem, never used them myself so never been caught but if you read other peoples posts on here they have because their flight booking system isn't live and people don't realise until its too late.

To be fair that's a good On The Beach trick as well.

Sites like them are fine as long as people realise what exactly it is they are booking and under what T&Cs. Personally I usually sort my flights direct with the airline and use TR for hotels and transfers.
