Dosent matter if they were cleaned regually, the sheer volume of water meant it couldnt cope, 1 months rainfall in a few hours.
I know people want to blame somebody but its nobodys fault it rained so hard.0 -
I have a friend who only handed over keys on friday, glad she did but feel for new folk... water coming in at window level.. what a nightmare... welcome to your new home..
however it was foreast/predicted...so 1 the council should have issued warnings more than 10 mins to get out of houses and two.. maybe im cautious... but first sign coming near me I would move everything as friend did in Bently Doncaster..told her not to put back ... she was putting house back on Tue eve...I think weekend will be the test...
