    No TV has only one SCART but it worked fine with previous DVD player

    As above, unplug the Sky and see if it works then

    Make and model of DVD player and TV?

    Can you try the DVD player with another TV?

    But it worked fine with other DVD player with Sky plugged and I shouldn't have to unplug Sky box every time I want to watch a DVD should I ?

    You may well have dislodged the scart at the TV end - they're terrible, it doesn't take much

    You could also have bent a pin in the scart when you reconnected it, again, very easy to do, you need to check it
