    According to the watchdog <Consumer Futures on 15 Jan 2014> :-
    npower remains bottom of Consumer Futures customer complaints league table . . . ‘We expect Ofgem to monitor npower closely, so that any customers who have been a victim of poor billing practices will not lose out financially. And we expect npower to do all it can to identify and rectify such cases."
    Keep complaining to the Ombudsman where it's justified. That is just about the only tool available to us until we, as customers, can move to another supplier.
