o2 contract renewal date??

Someone really should do a sticky to answer these and PAC/cancellation questions. A 12/18/24 month contract is a minimum term only. Once that minimum term (the renewal date) is up you continue exactly as before. The only difference being you can now end your contract with 30 days notice at any time.
If you had a phone as part of your existing contract then you will probably find (since your original contract price would have been subsidising your new phone) that you are now paying over the odds for the allowances you are receiving. This is why most people will renew/upgrade for a new phone or switch to a cheaper SIM only plan.0 -
It is the networks who perpetrate this nonsense as it fools the customer into believing they must do something to keep their service ongoing.
However, claiming that your 'service' ends in 30 seconds is downright misleading.0
