The £3.99 is postage on each and every item you buy. You buy multiple items and pay the delivery multiple times not just once. So, as a pure example, you buy tiny 100 items @ £1.00 each, you will pay in total £499.00. They/he will cast them all into the one package, and send it. Thus you get one delivery, but pay for 100. Is that clearer?
£100 for the items, and £399.00 for the deliver. Its a rip off.
*As a side note, you will be aware he doesnt just sell directly from sensory education ltd, he sellers elswhere. eBay, Amazon etc0 -

wow . That is a lot for delivery!!!
I understood about that bit.
It was the bit about donated stuff I didn't understand.
What is his ebay username?0 -
I once ordered three items from a third party on Amazon, (who require individual postage to be charged ), but the items came in one package whose postage cost just over the price for one item and was in a reused packet.
I informed Amazon, who said they couldn't sort a refund, but would remind the seller of their rules. ie charge postage per item, but post them separately.0 -
I see keysers post has been removed.
Roosters , what is his eBay username. Are you sure this is the same company?!!
You can contact me by pm if you wish0 -

His amazon is Sensory Education Ltd , but not certain about eBay name but he will have an account no doubt.
teddysmum, dont accept that. Get back onto Amazon and simply ask for what you paid for in good faith. You paid for x amount of postages and they put them all in one, so if they sensory wont refund you, you can demand the postages that you PAID for. Amazon will bow down and refund you. They did for me.
If they want to play by sneaky rules, then you can too. Demand what you payed for!
EDIT* The donated stuff was that there are gofundme posts about donating money for a disabled kid to get a bike on the forum.
EDIT** Here is a link, notice the poster only joined in Oct 2015!

Knowing his form, would anyone be suprised if this was dodgy?0 -
So he's got an Amazon site.
It'd be surprised if he had an eBay site.
Could you imagine the feedback?!!
Difficult to know what might be going on in that link.0 -
I have also had a bad experience with them. Emails ignored, phone calls not returned, staff rude, incorrect products sent. Those that were correct turned out to be very poor quality/faulty. Wanted to return the whole order so phoned and filled in their online return forms but heard nothing.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!0
