    IF that person 'says' they will have it cancelled ask for confirmation in writing - give them your email address.

    I have spok to the manager who seamed nice tonight and he has sent a email to the company and sent me a copy of the email he hs sent

    He said he wouldnt here till probably monday.

    Sarahb84 - Don't worry this will be sorted for you one way or another.

    Hopefully the manager will confirm this has been cancelled for you shortly - insist he gets LPS to confirm this in writing.

    If the manager doesn't come back send Martmonks letter to the ceo

    Don't contact LPS at all but wait to see what letter they send next and we will help you should you need it.


    (Isn't LPS the one which tries excess charge notice)
