Yes, that's what it says....

To clarify, we enter different competitions, so in effect only 1 entry per household. I contacted Puzzler and they confirmed no conflict. provided no duplicate entries.

Thanks op. I have comp ID 11567 not showing on the form at all, only have four boxes for answers. Also no 11564 but there is a 11569. which I see someone has already mentioned Wasn't sure whether to DM
