I'm trying to order some money through
    Currency-Express
as it offers me the best rate for £250 into Czech Korunas.

However no matter what I do, I get the following error message when i try to choose my delivery option or pick-up location.

"Either no delivery method was selected or the selected method was not valid for the selected address"

Anyone having the same problem? What am I doing wrong? Help please :)

Not the answer to your question, but you might want to read my post on the previous page before persisting with them:-

I used the calculator to find a good deal, ordered my currency through Currency Express with guaranteed next day delivery, it was due to arrive today.
I got a phone call to say that it will not arrive until tomorrow by 1pm, and I'm travelling at 9 so it's useless to me.
They said that although they guarantee it will be delivered the next day, that is subject to any problems arising with delivery.
So in other words it's not guaranteed at all.
Now I am stuck having paid 500gbp to ICE, (all my holiday money) and I won't be able to get at it until my holiday is over.
    Rubbish service -beware!

They don't do currency exchange, they are just a comparison engine. Martin's comparison tool is much better.

    Stop spamming.

I'm not spamming. Read the post! I'm interested in why travel money services do not appear not the comparison site. In the past I've always used Travelex

    Hi guys.

One thing no-one seems to have mentioned on this thread is the use of cashback credit cards.

I am off to Spain next week, taking £200 GBP worth of euros, paid for in cash, so no charges, then I shall use my 5% cashback AMEX card for all other purchases.

Even when you deduct the 2.73% load fee, that still leaves 2.27% cashback! (yes, I have checked with AMEX, you still get the cashback for foreign transactions).

Surely this is better than using the 0% charges cards?

    Yes it is.

One possible snag - AMEX has a far less wide acceptance than Visa/MC. You may struggle to find places to use it, and those that do may be more upmarket than you want.

It is interesting to note that today Thomas Global are the best Dollar rate on Martin's checker, but do not appear to be included in the comparison site you used.
Perhaps this shows that you should always double check with an alternate source and not always rely on just one - as your experience seems to point that when you did your check they had a site which didn't appear on Martin's but today it's the other way round!

Could Martin include Travel Money Services as they do seem to be worthy of inclusion!

Don't know whether ther's been a change of policy, but last time I bought holiday money I used my M&S credit card in store and there was no charge whatsoever as long as the full amount was paid on the next statement. Is this still true?

Don't plan to come back with anything though as like most their buyback rate is over 2.07! I'm still yet to see better than travelex with their £3.50 buyback offer.

We are going to South Africa for a few weeks. I have looked into buying Rands. Its too late for an Abbey Zero card, but I am considering doing a transfer into my brother's account. I would have to pay £25 for the transfer regardless of the amount, but the exchange rate is higher (15.76 as compared to best one (14.85) on the Travel Money Maximiser tool). Anyone see any problems with doing it this way. Of course my brother is completely trust worthy.
