It's not that you live in a poor area - it's that I was visiting in an extremely rich area (how many Manolo Blahnik shope are there in the world!) Kings Road Chelsea!

  • Shame you didn't try the dress on! But £30 saved by not doing so! Hope the rest of your day is restful x

Honestly, trying the dress on would have taken more energy than I had - I needed that energy to get back to where I'm staying! It's all good.

It would be super fast to visit that shop again too, a ten minute bus ride from Clapham Junction or Victoria. It's all good :)

First official response to my probate letters I worked on - agreeing to send dosh, yay. That's one out of four, though another may be waiting for me when I get home.

ETA - the Betterthanever conundrum solved :j:j:j I think I may explode.

I've been up with the larks, but *only* the larks. Bedding is being washed, so the cats are now banned from the bedroom. They're not pleased :rotfl: and looking at me like I'm a proper cheeky madam :D

Yougov survey done - as I've got my laptop, I may as well do stuff like that :rotfl:
