Aww, and lovely peeps on here too
I've been listening to a webinar about selling non fiction books on kindle, I've never heard such an informative webinar, and it was loooooong too - almost 3 hours, and only 20 mins or so was upselling! Got a lot of good ideas, especially about promoting and its timing .... fascinating!
I had a cancellation for next week as well, so I don't have much work next week - after how weird this week was, I'm really grateful for it - next week, I'll be imitating life as a writerit should be good :j
2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Got up this morning and realised that the *whole* house is untidy, desperately so - even the living room, which is normally really tidy (if often filthy dirty cos of all the garden muck I tread through on the vinyl
).
So that's the job for the remainder of the morning, and I've already been doing bits, I'm airing the house as we speak, and if I can find a half hour when its not tiddling down, I'll go out for an airing myself ...2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
ha - love the idea of getting an airing outside yourself
I plan to do the same thing - should get out there now actually, it's quite sunny for once! :j
(untidy house here toooh dear!
) :rotfl: Little bits at a time and we'll get there! :j

I adore Sean Bean/Richard Sharpe :j:j:j
From having read the first book, I should imagine Sean Bean was just perfect for the role
As I've recently got into box sets, I think the Sharpe DVD's will be candidates
Hope you got out for an airing - we didn't quite manage it. Every time we thought about it, it stated raining againEarly retired - 18th December 2014

Happy New Year KC & company!
Loving that you've taken yourself out for an airing:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
We had a try at that yesterday - tried to go to a lovely little market in a lovely town but got rained out! - hunkered down beside a fireplace in a quaint old pub instead!4 YEARS 10 MONTHS DEBT FREE!!! (23 AUG 2021)New projection - 14 YEARS 10 MONTHS LEFT OF 20 YEARS (reduced by 15 mths)Psst...I may have started a diary!0 -
Hello peeps :hello::hello::hello:
A box set of Richard will be great :j and he's ever so young in the first ones
I *did* get my airing, Cheery, RT, I also got a rinse as well tho as it was really, really throwing it down. I'd sheltered for a while, but I was only at the local village, so just walked back in it and changed all my clothes when I got in
Huge amount of tidying also took place, especially the living room, which makes being in it much nicer, and the rest isn't too bad now either. And I realised I have space for recent French accounts in the main plastic crate upstairs, rather than filling up the living room, so I'm happy about that too :j It's not very kondo-like, but I just don't have the energy for mega events like that, so this is what I doits making a difference as well, the last of the double-stacked shelves has become un-double-stacked
Bit more mooching about on here, then I'll have another peek at Sherlock's latest ... hope everyone else has a lovely evening, ready for up and at 'em tomorrow!2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Ooh, sorry you got wet but good tidying there! :j :j Is Sherlock on again? Or did you not watch it last time? Or is there another new one that I haven't seen?! :j Love Sherlock0
