    'Ello you.

Watty - I like hardcore! But on this, I know my limits. I could easily give up alcofrol if it became healthful to do so, but yes, my tastebuds haven't changed as much as that, because I still go for the dried fruit. I *did* refrain from buying cranberries at Holland and Barrett today - they're in the penny sale, so they were £7 for a kilo, but dried cranberries are at least 40% added sugar, so its a no go.

    beanie - yes, there is!

Tomorrow has just been declared a cleaning day - I certainly won't be able to clean everything that needs it in the two hours I'll have after phone calls etc and the first in-person client arrives at midday  :D

Clients on a Sunday? Or have you got your days muddled?!

Have you tried unsweetened cranberries? They are an acquired taste to say the least. :p;)

:o:kisses3: That's a huge great compliment, thank you! I know what you mean about the plans, I do, honestly. And that's how I live my life, and a lot of it *is* about my wishes - I'm tired of having long hair, I'd like to get rid of the dratted milia from my face and neck, I'd like to be fit enough to go to a 3.30pm wedding and cope until they do the toasts! The toning exercises are for me too, that dress is damned tight right now around the waist :D

The rest of it - you're right, it isn't for *me*. It's for my sister. It's a complex situation, but she's the mother of the groom and there's no one else to support her in depth except me and my mum, who can't do "subtle" to save her life. The level of wealth involved, too, is intimidating for her - not for me :D I don't care about wealth at all in that way - and I don't want her to perceive me as a liability on the appearance level, thats the truth behind all this faff about wedding appearance. I love her, and I'll support her in the way she wants to be supported.

But thank you for chipping in :kisses3: its much appreciated, I do need to keep *me* in sight as well :j
Glad you've taken it in the spirit it was intended and I know what you mean about wanting to support your sister. Could have been worse, I could have been nagging you about that-which-shall-not-be-named :D.

May pinch your pretty colours :T.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Neither, hun - doing it on a Sunday cos I can't do it 9.30 - midday on Monday *and* have the energy to actually do paid work :o energy issues are still the main thing I face :(

Nope! And seeing the flashing-eyed smilie in your post, I don't think I'll bother :D :)

Thanks greent! Achieved a goodly amount in the morning, its true, and by the evening I was recovered enough to tidy up for half an hour, but ... not really :o

Still, am faffing about online at the mo, and I'll start scanning while I'm doing it - I love doing two things at once :D

Of course! *I've* met *you*, as well as you meeting me :D:D:D and I trust you absolutely. Plus, erm, the politics of personal appearance has long been an issue with me. Consciousness-raising and all that :p

That's part of the cleaning today, I promise :o in fact, I'll spray it while I'm waiting for the kettle to boil, in a mo.
May pinch your pretty colours :T.

They're sour, verging on a touch of bitterness.

Just like an ex... :rotfl: *ahem*

They are worth a try if you can tolerate non-sweetness, but even though I can literally eat a lemon, raw cranberries (like the lemon) are not something I'd choose to eat.
