I've been on the receiving end of a few months of CBT - I'm not sure I got masses of benefit from it, but I think that's because I didn't feel very connected with the counsellor - which (imo) is hugely important!

Anyway, today, I'm pretending I'm retired from my job - when I've caught up on here, I'm going to prepare the rhubarb and elderflower, then have a break, then I'm going to Be A Writer :j:j:j and not even at elance (that needs me to set up the meeting with the elance writer I know, later on this month). Today, its going to be about my blog, my next book (ha!) and maybe even my novel2023: the year I get to buy a car0
