    Hello lovely people :)

Yes thank you, the shock has gone on its way, and I'm stretching and doing what I can to mend.

I've done my Mon. morning phone call too, so now I have some emails to send about the second birthday celebration this weekend - this one is local to me, and I'm getting a lift there too, so unless we get three feet of snow, it *will* go ahead :D

So now its about the priorities I mentioned:
    - Christmas cards
    - Christmas presents
    - English accounts
    - French accounts
    - professional re-accreditation
    - health.

Health is going to hijack the diary for a bit - I can't really be very active for longer than about 3 hours a day regularly, at everything, and thats not enough to earn a living, earn a pension, look after a house and have a bit of fun as well. All the planning in the world won't solve that one. More later ...

Aw KC, so sorry you missed your birthday meal :( But you're right, 3 hours a day is NOT enough! Good to focus on health as a priority xx

    Morning KC,

sorry to hear about your fall and that you missed your meal as well :kisses3:

I really hope you find a solution that works for you as regards energy ... I know how vey debilitating it can be to have lots of plans and projects, but not be able to complete them as your energy runs out.
The sense of frustration then gets added in to the mix ,,, so be kind and do what's most important for you
    xx

Thank you Lula :kisses3: thats it, about the debilitation and the frustration, you're dead right! I've got to be careful about that.

Made an appointment with the doc for Thursday, and blue-skied things I can do to improve my situation right now. Taking supplements and echinacea, stretching and core exercises, a walk with breathing exercises, eat more veg, the Reiki, and a bit of a mishmash this, but sort of feng shui - a bit of detox, environmental and otherwise.

This is kind of wide-ranging, and its intuitive, but its about flow, throughput, energy - that black mould I mentioned recently is by the front door, the back door environment is cluttered with garden stuff, I know it sounds woolly, but I suspect its about paying attention - flow is good, whether you're talking about getting enough water to drink or enough ventilation in your home.

Its not really about moneysaving per se, but if I don't do it, I don't have any *energy* for moneysaving, so I have to buck my ideas up and really go for it. Am remembering to write stuff down for the doc too, that'll help.

Off for my walk now - another element in it all. But with sturdy shoes :)

So true, I don't know about you, I just don't have time to be ill, so I always get annoyed if I'm not 100%

I think long term diaries evolve into something more than just money saving, and become about life in general. It's very therapeutic to have somewhere to get one's thoughts out of your head and into the open.

Hope you had a good walk. I've managed to get a walk in today myself. It's very cold out there, but lovely and sunny and I enjoyed seeing the birds and the squirrels and an aloof black cat which ignored my friendly overtures!:rotfl:

    Take care

Thanks Goldie! Yes, thats very true, about the threads evolving into something else - its lovely in here :)

The walk was good, thanks - I went to visit my sweet chestnut tree, which had pounds of fruit last year, and nothing this year - still looked quite happy, as you say its sunny (in fact, I couldn't see a thing on the way out, cos of the sun in my eyes) ... blissfully warm on my face.

I worked on the flow a bit - cleaning mats, tidying generally, tho being careful about my back too (!!!). Starting on a proper plan for health for the rest of this year and on into the future, and that will segue into an action plan for 2015. Health, house and garden, income, social life, those are the areas that matter, underpinned by admin (which, as we know, takes much longer than we think it does!).

I didn't see any cats out and about today; you were lucky!

Absolutely with you as regards energy flow affecting many other areas of life :)

Tiny actions that may seem insignificant by themselves can unleash a torrent of good :j

Happy healthy home for the future

    Morning all!

I emailed a new-born Owners Association for my apartment last night - they're starting up a campaign to refuse the new lease thats being offered (bit late! the overspill period runs out at the end of this month). If they succeed, we'd have to refund VAT, organise maintenance and lettings ourselves, they must be crazy. Or I'd have to be crazy to do it, anyway, as I want the focus to be on health.

The rental money offered on the new lease is lower than it was, but the managing agent appears to be one of the best on the market. The answer for me is to sell it, if I can ever find a way to do that.

Client work mid-afternoon, so I have to clean the public parts of the house. That includes working on the front entrance the way I worked on the back entrance yesterday, mostly the mould :o

Not quite sure how much I'll get done today - woke up at 3am to the neighbours shouting and screaming in a way they've never done before at that time of night, and got bored trying to go back to sleep at 5am, so I gave up and got up :( Got to keep the focus on health ...

Good for you on the focus. I know I always feel better when the place is cleared and tidy. Just so rarely is clean and tidy around here :)
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Yep, doing well so far - stairs, vinyl, hob, and shredding ... not done much else tho. Surfing  I'll do a bit of wiping down while the kettle boils for a cuppa tea :coffee:
