TMobile smart pack problems

Anyone else having the smartpack problem in which they are told they don't have credit. Been like it for hours, and its difficult to find out whats going on. Heard lots of people have tried to top up is case they'd used all their credit.

Why couldn't TMobile send out a generic text message to all affected instead of letting us waste hours trying to find out why my credit has dissapeared.

My credit has all disappeared too. I topped up earlier as I couldn't send any text messages, and had to make a phone call. Since then a further £3 credit has disappeared. Not happy!

My daughter is on contract with them and has had no service for 48 hours. They having been telling me since yesterday morning that the problem will be fixed within 2 hours! Anyone else having problems? Tia

i did have a text from t-mob yesterday : ' we've fixed the problem affecting your allowance and credited you with anything spent. we're very sorry for any trouble this has caused you.'
so not true. no refund and still not able to text SMART10 to 441.
I get a text back saying that not enough digits are being used so text cant be sent. aaaaarrghhhh !!!! i need my phone !
