You will win if they haven't made any case for a GPEOL!

But I would still email POPLA now, today, to point out what you did in your last post (particularly the April signs being passed off as if they are the January version!).

    QUESTIONS/ANSWERS:

    1. Should i email all of this to POPLA detailing all of the nonsense in their argument? YES
    2. Should i bring up they haven't made any attempt to explain their GPEOL? YES
    3. What is the difference between BPA code and SIA code? Does the fact they 'comply to SIA requirements' (and not BPA code) something i need to mention? YES - it's out of date, the SIA were the regs that applied when they were clampers two years ago. But clamping is illegal now!
    4. Their new signage has clearly been put up (imo) due to them acknowledging faults in their signage. Should i make this point? YES
    5. Should i bring up the point that despite new signage they still haven't formed a contract since EPM doesn't feature on it? AND the fact that old signage (which i will send photo of) is all that counts anyway? YES

    My POPLA result came back.

    I won. :j :money: :T :) :rotfl:

I've noticed a load of successful appeals get placed into one big group, so if you want i can post the entire correspondence below for people to read including the soft appeal, appeal to POPLA, plus email to POPLA detailing the flaws in EPM's counter argument.

Thanks again for all the help by the way.

    Hi

If you could just post the assessors decision along with the assessors name on the POPLA Decisions thread (linked to on Crabman's sticky at the top of the forum if you can't find it.). You don't need to put the whole appeal in.

    Well done though.
