    I applied for it on 23th June. 24 hours later, I got an email from them saying that my application has been successful and my welcome pack will be sent to me within the following 7 to 10 days. I received my welcome pack, account number, phone Pin, debit card pin and a letter asking for my signature yesterday(3rd July). My cheque book arrived today.

    I am quite pleased with them because they are the only one bank would offer me a visa debit card and a cheque book.

    But why they didn't ask me to send in any documents, eg, ID, proof of address, etc.

    I did that, and was rejected. I am now waiting on an appeal. Thats why i am not hopeful.
