Just to let you all know. The mark was removed from my credit rating eventually. The letter i received from another British Gas employee also stated that the British Gas employee i mentioned in the above post had been removed from the case as i had mentioned his name in a forum :eek: It didn't even cross my mind that British Gas searched these forums!

I BG trained their staff properly, their foolishness wouldn't end up on these forums in the first place.
