My order finally turned up after tracking showed no trace of it and customer service didn't reply to emails. The polo I ordered my son is too big but I think I'll just keep it and wait until it fits him as I can't face any more contact with the company. Don't think I will use again but nothing ventured etc..0

My orders arrived - all ok. I ordered a few things in different sizes as I wasn't sure what would fit. Need to return the extras now - going by their customer service it's not something I'm looking forward to...!0

I got a return label with mine although a bit of a pain that you have to get the delivery company to come and pick it up. I ordered two different sizes as I wasn't sure which would fit but I might just put the other one on ebay as it might be easier than sending it back to RL.0

How is it a pain? I much prefer that....you don't have to queue at a post office or pay for it and there is no bother with tracking etc as once their courier has accepted it its their problem0 -
I got return labels with mine too but don't need to use them0

The code was ok if you happened upon a moment it was working and the site was accessible. I spoke to RL customer service as the code was not working at the time I tried it. I was given the alternative (which was then removed from this website on instruction by RL). I was told if I used the 40% off I could not return goods. This put me off. I am not surprised no returns label was included as this will obviously cut down the numbers who want to return but don't manage to.
I would expect MSE not to advertise an offer where firstly customers are told no right to return which your statutory rights you can do as MSE knows. I would expect MSE not to advertise a promotion where returns are made difficult by not including the necessary paperwork.

They have to abide by distance selling regulations, so goods can be returned this way.0
