Made an order then got an email saying out of stock...went back on and it's,let me add it to my basket again!!!!

Called them to see if the item was actually in stock and could be ordered....long wait on the phone as expected with sales volumes at the minute but very polite lady who advised the website cannot keep up so it is out so stock and cannot be ordered despite seeming to be available so just a warning some items you order might. Get canceled when they check actual stock levels but great bargain with this discount even cheaper than their outlet stores prices

I was trying the website for two since the newsletter. It was constantly crashing couldn't get anywhere. Then last night after 11 I got on and filled my boots. Some great savings to be had. Pity they are not on quidco.

I'm absolutely fuming. I placed an order yesterday and got some great bargains. I received an e-mail from them this morning to say that I hadn't completed my order and there was items still in my basket. I tried logging into my account and it says my e-mail wasn't recognised even though I have received an order confirmation from them. Now the hoodie my son wanted is back up to £100. He is going to be so disappointed when he gets in from school.

I'm not having a lot of luck with them either...I placed an order and got the confirmation then another to say they were cancelling items as there was no stock but the website still showed it as in stock?.i called up and was told the website couldn't cope with the volume but that the items weren't in stock. The site was off and on for most of last night but I think they will be cancelling a lot of orders....however the email is only conformation of items ordered if there isn't stock they apologise but as they haven't charged you until you get the despatch email there isn't a lot you can do...I just glad my joules order has come and been so good....there is an extra 20% off there maybe there would be something suitable on there IMO it's as good as RL stuff any day

Don't know if this is any good, but if you google 'social discount network' go to the home page and look at the second or third deal down, there's some RL hoodies on offer for £29.99
