Best strategy to get a better deal when moving house?

Hi, Orange are quoting 10 business days to flip the switch on their end from one existing line to the other.
Time to move on. My priority is to get online as quickly as possible at the new place. It is going to be strictly ADSL.
What's the best strategy?
(a) Stay with Orange, bite the bullet and wait 2 weeks foor reconnection
(b) Disconnect, pay disconnection fee and sign up with (who?)
(c) Port MAC to new property
Time to move on. My priority is to get online as quickly as possible at the new place. It is going to be strictly ADSL.
