    probably not

appeal it and ask why they have issued two for the same "incident"

at the same time, use the same appeal you posted earlier against one or "both", but altering the details accordingly

might be an idea to complain to s clark about it too, seeing as they cannot issue 2 pcn,s for the same incident
  • Okay i will send in the same appeal email, should i add my postal address only I didnt with the last one as it states on the later the address of the driver but then the email i got back says to ensure you have added a postal address so they can reply in the post.
    Who is s clark??

do not put any driver details on anything, you appeal as registered keeper

if you had read the NEWBIES thread (that everyone should read) you would know the details for s clark , and the people at the dvla too (hint)
  • Okay I had a read but I shall go back and look again.
I have not enter any driver details just the letter says to give them driver name and postal address but i don't want to fall into a trap of giving them my address and them thinking they can say i am the driver as i have given them those details.
  • Please be informed that this is the second letter I have received regarding the same incident on the 05/01/2014. I sent an email yesterday to yourself with regards to that one (PCN:xxxxxxx) and have today received another letter with a separate PCN, as i am sure you are aware you can not issue 2 parking charge notices for the same incident.

Here is the same email i sent yesterday with the PCN from todays letter.

Is that okay to add in at the top of todays email??
  • Should i add that i will be contacting DVLA etc??

a lot of these companies try to trap you into naming the driver, so its not about what they want its about what you want

I already mentioned complaining or appealing as RK, forget about the driver and never tick any box nor imply who was driving, I am sure if they asked you for your bank account details , phone number and shoe size you would not put those details in either

my point is that you include your previous appeal in this new one , also including the fact that its 2 different pcn,s for the same incident which cannot be correct

in other words, stand your ground, appeal it as if the previous one hadnt come, but add in the details of the previous pcn as well ( so thats 2 pcn numbers)

not sure what is hard to understand about this, it seems perfectly logical to me

I assume you know who the BPA guy is now ? (and contact details) (not the dvla)

you need to take a time out and think about this, clearly you arent thinking straight ;)

Okay i will send in the same appeal email, should i add my postal address only I didnt with the last one as it states on the later the address of the driver but then the email i got back says to ensure you have added a postal address so they can reply in the post.

they already have your postal address as RK which they obtained from the DVLA

as RK you are appealing one or both pcn,s (not as driver)

I thought we had already established that you should have appealed as RK to toys r us and to the peel centre, but this was only after you had sent them is as "I did this" and "I parked here" blah blah which identifies you as driver

the more impetuous you are, the more revealing you are, the more you hurt your case or cases

I agree they havent helped by issuing 2 pcn,s for one incident but you havent helped by revealing too much info as to who was driving to various parties

to reiterate, they got your RK details from the dvla, they sent the RK pcn,s in the post , so it should have been appealed by the RK to all parties , not as the driver

had you been a passenger in the car, you would have appealed as RK, but not as driver, so you would not be saying that you had parked there or anything because you didnt, so the appeals should be THE DRIVER blah blah

think of police shows where the "guilty party" gives a no comment reply, not even giving his name etc , denying they were there etc

in post #2 I gave you the link to the NEWBIES thread and hoped you would read it , but I am yet to be convinced that you have read it , and more especially, understood it

look for the words s clark , that should be a clue in finding his details, (but it wasnt earlier)

treat each pcn as live until its cancelled, mentioning the other one in each case , until one is cancelled and one is live, or until both are cancelled
