Oh and dont take their word for it, check your credit files. it does sometimes take a couple of months to update. Maybe call them back and ask them for confirmation in writing. That way if they dont do as they said they would the CRA's should accept this letter and change it anyway.0

Ok update
Now its 30th today and still not changed on experain rang CL Finance they said they have sent to Experian on 21st ,so ring Experian and yes we got it on 21st just not changed yet will be done in few days well 2 days more still not done ,was last updated on 29/12/13 so would of thought would of changed on the 29/01/14

Most companies will update account information with us on a monthly basis. When they send the monthly update through to us it will be checked for quality purposes before being entered on to our live systems. This can take sometimes take a few days and may be why you are not seeing the updated information on your report yet.
