Water, do you really drink 6 pints a day?

  • I drink coffee in the morning, and then water throughout the day. Occasionally I shall have warm a Vimto, Ribena or a cuppa tea!

I drink 6 glasses per day. I try to drink 8 everyday though.

I have heard that drinking too much water can cause schizophrenia.

Are you sure you (or the person who told you this) didn't mishear hyponatremia?

This is the medical name for water intoxication - which is the potentially fatal result of drinking too much water.
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.

    I think you missed a joke. ;)

I drink lots of water. Lots and lots. A one point I cut done because I was fainting a lot, and we thought it might be that I was drinking too much for the amount of exercise I did (used to be very fit and active, then dramatically became not so). But it wasn't that. Now I take pills which as a side effect have diuretic effects and I must drink at least three litres a day. If I'm more active than my usually slothful I sink more.

    I piddle a lot.

I have always, healthy , unhealthy and medicated or otherwise, felt better when I drink more.
