I drink coffee in the morning, and then water throughout the day. Occasionally I shall have warm a Vimto, Ribena or a cuppa tea!0

Are you sure you (or the person who told you this) didn't mishear hyponatremia?
This is the medical name for water intoxication - which is the potentially fatal result of drinking too much water. How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0 -

I think you missed a joke.
I drink lots of water. Lots and lots. A one point I cut done because I was fainting a lot, and we thought it might be that I was drinking too much for the amount of exercise I did (used to be very fit and active, then dramatically became not so). But it wasn't that. Now I take pills which as a side effect have diuretic effects and I must drink at least three litres a day. If I'm more active than my usually slothful I sink more.
I piddle a lot.
I have always, healthy , unhealthy and medicated or otherwise, felt better when I drink more.0 -
