Water, do you really drink 6 pints a day?

            I don't drink much water, I'll have a glass of it after exercising but that's about it. I don't really enjoy cold drinks at all but drink a lot of tea. Black tea, herbal tea, fruit tea; maybe 6 or 7 cups a day.
I've been through phases of drinking lots of water in the hope that it would improve my skin or make me lose weight but tbh it never really made any difference.0 - 
            I have to say that after I cut out fizzy pop and caffeine and started drinking lots more water, my skin is better and I have far less cellulite than before. It took a while to see the effects (a couple of months) and I did have to wee a lot more while my body adjusted.0

            I drink quite a lot of water everyday, probs about 4-5 pints. Does anyone else drink with food? I know people who wait to the end of the meal to drink anything, but I have to sip all the way through.0

            I prefer to look at it from the other end. the urine should be pale/clear not dark or orange. while ever it is well diluted, there is plenty of fluid going in.0

            I do know how much water i drink everyday, but i drink several glasses of water when I sit in office.0

            I drink about 1.5L of water per day and the occasional hot ribena, but I don't drink anything else (accept alcohol, lol, although that's not so often since starting ADF
) as I don't like coffee, tea or milk
