o2 customer now sky..where do log in?

i was with o2 broadband , they wrote and said it was changing over to sky , okay no probs it all still works

if i have a issue or problem where do i log in and with what details? my o2 user name isnt working with sky

If you still have an O2 log in that works, then maybe you haven't yet been moved to sky (or have other 02 products still?)

its my only o2 product , the bills now say sky

I think all bills now say sky (mine do, but I haven't moved yet)

If you have been moved to sky, you will know! (Different monthly charge/paperwork etc)

You need to go to https://my.sky.com/mysky/indexb.html to see your bills. In order to do that you need your 12 bit account number, with which you can set up a SkyID and log in. You should get your first bill through the post and via email which will have your account number on it, otherwise ring them (via the free O2 helpline) and ask for it.

Your O2 login will still work at O2 but you won't be able to see your Sky bills there..

My DD payments now say 'Sky' as the payee, but I can still see them all on my O2 account.
