Though the customer making use of the service is totally innocent as far as the law is concerned, all those dodgy providers who worked out the probabilities and used this medium to strengthen their business will soon go in hiding.

Fact of the matter is, you will only find tips which could potentially save you money in the short term, but I wonder whether some one advices or give tips that help you NOT to lose money - This being a perfect example !
Oh by the way, who will give sponsorships to such ideas in the public domain ??

may be i am getting u wrong, can you explain your point a bit more explicitly?
